Reformer/Mat Combo: Everything you’ve asked for in a Pilates Party. This strength based class will include exercises for your whole body, but promises to target where you want it most. Yin Yoga: A deeply restful, yet challenging and effective, practice focusing on opening the hips and joints through poses held for 2 – 5 minutes. Absolutely suitable for all levels, ages and abilities.
Hatha Yoga: Hatha is the classical form of yoga postures and breathing to revitalize the body physically and mentally. It is an uplifting practice to increase muscle tone, improve flexibility and increase concentration.
